Delete User Account
To delete your account, you need to open the app and select "My account" in the menu. Inside "My account", you will find a button to "Delete account". Follow the instructions displayed in the app to complete the deletion.
The user account cannot be deleted if you have a debt to Parking Time. Please pay the debt before deleting the account.
After deletion, the user account can no longer be used for parking.
The user account will be permanently deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
